I’ll be the first to admit waking up at 5 a.m. to hit the gym isn’t the easiest task. The only person holding you accountable is you and your commitment to your goals but sometimes we aren’t our best motivators. In order to stay focused and add some flavor to my training, I try to incorporate group fitness classes at least once a week. Living in Chicago has exposed me to a variety of group-style training.
